Terms details

The sections below explain what Junk Mailer is, who may use it, what is prohibited, how third-party publishers and sponsor-supported features fit into the system, and what legal terms apply to use of the service.

1) Description of the service

Junk Mailer is a personal-use utility designed to help a user initiate newsletter or topic-based subscription-related activity with third-party publishers based on user-selected categories, requested volume, or sponsor-gated modes.

  • The service does not guarantee delivery by any third-party publisher.
  • The service does not control third-party publisher acceptance, rejection, email frequency, content, unsubscribe workflows, or timing.
  • Some publishers may use single opt-in, double opt-in, manual review, throttling, or other compliance steps before sending any email.
  • Some interfaces may display local run-processing or continuity UI for clarity, but publisher-side behavior is controlled by the third party.

2) Eligibility

You may use the service only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may not use Junk Mailer.

3) Authorized use only

You may use the service only if all of the following are true:

  • You own, control, or are expressly authorized to use the email address entered into the service.
  • You have valid consent to receive the resulting subscription-related communications.
  • Your use complies with these Terms, applicable law, and relevant third-party rules.
  • You are not using the service to target, burden, or interfere with another person or another person’s systems.

4) Strictly prohibited uses

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

  • Use the service with any email address you do not own, control, or have express authorization to use.
  • Use the service to harass, annoy, prank, intimidate, retaliate against, burden, or target any third party.
  • Use the service for unlawful unsolicited messaging, bulk abuse, stalking, extortion, social engineering, retaliation, or interference with another person’s communications.
  • Use the service in violation of anti-spam, privacy, consumer protection, computer misuse, anti-harassment, or cybercrime laws.
  • Represent the service as a spam platform, harassment tool, or outbound campaign sender.
  • Bypass, disable, interfere with, probe, reverse engineer, automate around, or otherwise circumvent limits, device checks, sponsor windows, rate controls, or abuse-prevention systems.
  • Use bots, scripts, headless browsers, browser automation, macros, emulators, replay tools, traffic manipulation, or fraudulent completion methods.
  • Attempt to manipulate local credits, points, receipt state, unlock conditions, callback flows, or logs.
  • Interfere with the service, infrastructure, vendors, publishers, monetization systems, or sponsor providers.
  • Frame, mirror, scrape, republish, or systematically extract service content, code, or behavior for abusive or competing use.

5) No right to use the service for third-party email accounts

Entering another person’s email address without authorization is a material violation of these Terms. Such use may expose you to civil liability, criminal liability, publisher complaints, platform enforcement, regulatory complaints, or account/device blocking. Junk Mailer may preserve, review, or disclose relevant information where reasonably necessary to investigate or respond to such conduct.

6) Publisher independence; no affiliation

Junk Mailer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any third-party publisher unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Publishers are independent third parties and control their own subscription logic, consent logic, compliance decisions, and communications.

7) Consent, opt-in, and publisher compliance

Junk Mailer is intended to facilitate user-initiated, consent-based subscription activity only. Third-party publishers are responsible for the emails they send, including their own legal obligations, opt-in workflows, sender disclosures, unsubscribe handling, suppression logic, content practices, and any single or double opt-in procedures they use.

  • Junk Mailer does not guarantee single opt-in or double opt-in outcomes.
  • Junk Mailer does not guarantee that any publisher will treat a request as complete without additional confirmation.
  • You are responsible for entering only an authorized email and ensuring your use is lawful.

8) Sponsor-supported features, unlocks, and MEGA

Certain features may be available only through sponsor-supported, survey-supported, ad-supported, or otherwise gated flows, including MEGA modes, enhanced quotas, expanded access, or point-based unlocks.

  • Third-party providers control offer availability, qualification, completion rules, and reward determinations.
  • Junk Mailer may enforce device windows, cooldowns, one-run limits, anti-fraud checks, or other restrictions for system stability and abuse prevention.
  • Unlocks may be refused, reversed, delayed, or limited where misuse, fraud, or inconsistency is suspected.

9) Ads and third-party services

Junk Mailer may display ads, sponsor links, survey links, or other third-party monetization content. Interactions with those third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Junk Mailer is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, content, availability, eligibility decisions, or compliance.

10) Device-based operation and local storage

Portions of the service rely on browser-local storage or device-level continuity to save runs, receipts, balances, authorization states, or unlock states. You understand that:

  • runs may appear only on the device/browser where they were created,
  • clearing local storage may reset continuity, and
  • device-based controls may be used as part of access enforcement and abuse prevention.

11) Monitoring, abuse review, and enforcement

To protect the service and others, Junk Mailer may monitor usage signals, preserve logs, review suspicious activity, use technical indicators to detect misuse, and take action when it reasonably appears the service is being abused, automated, manipulated, attacked, or used unlawfully or without authorization.

  • Access may be blocked, features revoked, sponsor rewards disabled, or future use refused.
  • Records relevant to abuse investigation or legal response may be preserved.
  • Junk Mailer may cooperate with service providers, publishers, ad partners, survey providers, hosts, legal counsel, or authorities where reasonably necessary.

12) Compliance with law; user responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the service and for complying with all laws, regulations, rules, orders, and platform or publisher requirements that may apply to you. Depending on location and conduct, this may include laws relating to spam, privacy, deceptive practices, consumer protection, electronic communications, computer fraud, unauthorized access, anti-harassment, and unfair competition.

You also agree not to use the service in any way that could cause Junk Mailer or its operators to be mischaracterized as a spam sender, abusive platform, unauthorized bulk-mail system, or harassment service.

13) Privacy-law alignment

Where privacy laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws apply, you agree not to provide personal information you are not authorized to provide, and not to use the service in a manner that would require Junk Mailer to process third-party personal data on your behalf without an appropriate legal basis, notice, authority, or compliance framework.

14) Intellectual property and limited license

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Junk Mailer grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for its intended personal-use purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or exploit the service except as expressly allowed by law.
  • The service’s branding, interface design, code, structure, text, and non-user-supplied content are protected by applicable law.

15) Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant Junk Mailer a broad, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

16) Suspension, blocking, and termination

Junk Mailer may suspend, restrict, block, terminate, throttle, or condition access to the service, any feature, any run, any device continuity, or any sponsor-supported access path at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected misuse, legal risk, operational risk, fraud, instability, abuse complaints, or violation of these Terms.

17) No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” “as available,” and with all faults. Junk Mailer disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, availability, security, or that use of the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or lawful in every jurisdiction.

Junk Mailer does not warrant that any publisher will accept a request, send a message, honor a category, provide double opt-in, provide any particular delivery timing, or maintain any continuing relationship with you.

18) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junk Mailer and its owner, operator, affiliates, contractors, licensors, service providers, or partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, reputation, profits, revenue, opportunity, or business interruption arising out of or relating to the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Junk Mailer and related parties for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the minimum amount required by applicable law if such limitation is not fully enforceable.

19) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Junk Mailer and its owner, operator, affiliates, contractors, licensors, service providers, ad partners, survey partners, hosting providers, and related parties from and against claims, demands, actions, proceedings, investigations, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your use or misuse of the service,
  • your breach of these Terms,
  • your violation of any law or regulation,
  • your use of an email address without authorization,
  • your interactions with publishers, ad providers, survey providers, or other third parties, or
  • your infringement, misappropriation, or violation of any rights of any person or entity.

20) Release

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Junk Mailer and its related parties from claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising out of disputes between you and any third party, including publishers, ad networks, survey providers, hosts, or other complainants.

21) Injunctive relief

You acknowledge that a breach of these Terms may cause harm that is difficult to quantify. Junk Mailer may seek injunctive, equitable, or other immediate relief, in addition to other remedies available, where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, or stop unauthorized use.

22) Governing law and venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

23) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

24) No waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

25) Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional posted legal notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Junk Mailer regarding the service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the service.

26) Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be revised at any time by posting an updated version on the site. The updated version becomes effective when posted or on any later stated date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
