1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Junk Mailer and the pages, features, tools, and services operated by Junk Mailer.

By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use Junk Mailer.

2. What Junk Mailer is

Junk Mailer is a signup-discovery utility that helps users find third-party offers, promotions, resources, sweepstakes, mailing lists, and other things they may choose to sign up for.

Junk Mailer does not operate the third-party services presented through those links and does not guarantee that any third party will accept a signup, send an email, approve an application, deliver a reward, or keep an offer available.

• use Junk Mailer for unlawful activity or in violation of applicable privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, computer misuse, fraud, or anti-harassment laws.

6. Third-party offers and websites

Junk Mailer links to websites and services operated by third parties. Those parties control their own pages, signup forms, eligibility requirements, pricing, offers, rewards, communications, privacy practices, and terms.

Your interaction with a third-party website is between you and that third party.

Junk Mailer is not responsible for third-party content, availability, approval decisions, fulfillment, tracking failures, changes, redirects, communications, or other actions outside Junk Mailer's control.

7. Affiliate and sponsor links

Some links on Junk Mailer may be affiliate, advertising, or sponsor links. Junk Mailer may receive compensation when a user clicks a link, signs up, or completes a qualifying action.

Compensation does not guarantee that a particular offer will remain available or that every user will qualify for it.

8. Third-party email and signup behavior

Third-party publishers control their own signup, confirmation, email, mailing-list, and unsubscribe systems.

A third party may accept or reject a signup, require additional confirmation, delay communications, change its mailing frequency, or discontinue a program.

If you no longer want email from a particular sender, use the unsubscribe or preference options provided by that sender.

The availability of third-party offers may also vary by country, device, provider, campaign, eligibility, inventory, or other factors outside Junk Mailer's control.

10. MEGA and future features

MEGA and other features may be introduced, changed, tested, delayed, limited, or removed over time.

A page marked "coming soon" does not create a promise of a particular launch date, feature set, price, limit, or access level.

If a paid feature is introduced in the future, additional pricing, payment, cancellation, or refund terms may be presented when that feature becomes available.

11. Browser storage and technical controls

Parts of Junk Mailer may use browser storage, cookies, local identifiers, or similar technology to remember preferences, maintain site state, or support security and abuse prevention.

Clearing browser data or blocking certain browser features may reset or prevent some site functionality.

12. Enforcement and misuse

Junk Mailer may restrict, block, limit, or refuse access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to abuse, investigate suspicious activity, comply with provider requirements, or enforce these Terms.

Information reasonably related to suspected misuse may be preserved or reviewed where needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or abuse investigation.

13. Intellectual property

Junk Mailer's branding, original interface, design, code, text, graphics, and other original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use Junk Mailer for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, redistribute, exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

14. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junk Mailer is provided "as is" and "as available."

No guarantee is made that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Junk Mailer also does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, approval, fulfillment, delivery, or continued operation of any third-party offer or service.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Junk Mailer and its owner, operators, contractors, service providers, advertisers, sponsors, and related parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the service.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunity, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Junk Mailer will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the minimum amount required by applicable law where that limitation cannot legally apply.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Junk Mailer and its related parties from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of:

• your misuse of the service;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law;
• your unauthorized use of another person's information; or
• your violation of the rights of another person or entity.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal or other controlling law requires otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or Junk Mailer will be handled in an appropriate state or federal court located in Florida.

18. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

19. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Junk Mailer changes. When meaningful updates are made, the date near the top of this page may be revised.

Continued use of Junk Mailer after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
