GOOCHUS.
Creator of Junk Mailer
Goochus builds internet projects — web apps, automation, Python tools, and other weird things that live online. Junk Mailer is the main public project on this domain.
Who is Goochus?
Mostly somebody who likes building things on the internet.
Goochus is the creator behind Junk Mailer and a collection of other internet-based projects.
The work tends to sit somewhere between web development, automation, experimentation, and figuring out whether an odd idea can become a useful product.
Some projects become real sites. Some become tools. Some die quickly. That's part of the process.
What I work with
Enough different tools to keep things interesting.
Current project
Junk Mailer.
Junk Mailer is the clearest live example of what I'm building right now.
It's a place to find all kinds of things worth signing up for — offers, sweepstakes, resources, mailing lists, promotions, quote forms, and other third-party signup pages.
Junk Mailer started from a much narrower idea around filling an inbox and gradually turned into a broader signup-discovery tool.
The site itself has become part product, part experiment, and part long-term internet utility.
Other stuff
Junk Mailer isn't the first thing.
There have been web projects, utility sites, automation experiments, crypto-facing work, Python tools, and plenty of ideas that never needed to become permanent businesses.
That's probably the common thread behind the Goochus name: building something, putting it on the internet, seeing what happens, and then figuring out what deserves to keep going.
